How does Corporate Social Responsibility fit into our strategy?
The role of the CSR Department is to support Group companies in developing an approach tailored to their specific challenges. It is not about doing more, but about doing things differently—by embedding sustainability at the heart of our business operations to identify risks, seize opportunities, and create sustainable value.

Our organization reflects our conviction: sustainability is built at every level of the Group. Reporting to the Executive Management, the CSR Department works with the Group CSR Committee—which reports to the Board of Directors—as well as with the CSR Committees of each division, to make sustainability a driver of performance by supporting our companies in a way that is closely aligned with their specific realities.
