Clip'n Climb Croydon: a new center inaugurated in the United Kingdom
Last February, Clip ‘n Climb opened a new centre in Croydon, a town in the southern suburbs of London. This marks the second franchise to open in the United Kingdom within a month, following Gloucester Quays, further confirming the brand’s appeal among families and adventure seekers.
The site is operated by Simon Jobson, an experienced franchisee who already runs the Clip ‘n Climb centres at The O2 and Wandsworth, both of which opened in 2024. A fourth site is also in development, highlighting the ambition and strength of this innovative leisure concept.
This new Clip ‘n Climb Croydon centre offers a complete experience for the whole family, featuring:
- 24 climbing challenges suitable for all levels;
- a multi-level soft play area, the Play Den;
- and a dining area, the South Ridge Café, designed for families to relax.

This diversified offering fits within a particularly attractive franchise model. As Simon Jobson points out: “Clip’n Climb is an attractive and well-supported franchise that allows you to manage multiple sites whilst maintaining a healthy work-life balance. After leaving the finance sector, I now enjoy a level of flexibility that doesn’t compromise either my income or my growth.”
With this new opening, Clip’n Climb further confirms its growth momentum and strengthens its position as a family destination combining activity, entertainment and shared moments of conviviality.
