Solita Salgado swimming pool: a new project for NAVIC, just a step away from Sacré-Cœur
In Paris’ 18th arrondissement, a new swimming pool has just opened its doors: Solita Salgado, located on Rue Belliard, not far from the Sacré-Cœur Basilica in Montmartre.
The 3,000-square-meter facility, designed by the architectural firm Bourgueil & Rouleau, offers a modern and pleasant environment for swimming enthusiasts, with its two pools (25 meters and 15 meters long). Built over a period of nearly two years on the site of a former parking lot, the pool has been eco-designed and boasts several label of excellence, notably for its use of wood from French forests and its green roof terrace.
As part of this project, NAVIC installed 356 lockers, including 54 reserved for staff, to ensure optimal comfort for swimmers and teams.
The inauguration of Solita Salgado swimming pool is part of the “Swimming in Paris” plan, launched by the City of Paris in 2025 to provide access to swimming facilities accessible to as many people as possible and to renovate its outdated infrastructure.
NAVIC is proud to have contributed to this eco-designed project and, through this achievement, confirms its position as a key player in the world of swimming pools and aquatic centers, particularly thanks to its high-quality lockers designed to withstand intensive use and humid environments.
