ABEO Managers Gather in Westerburg for Their Annual Meeting

Nearly 60 ABEO managers came together in Westerburg, Germany, for the Group’s annual Management Meeting. The programme combined business updates, workshops and inspiring discussions to strengthen collaboration and help shape the Group’s next steps.

A key event in ABEO’s calendar, the meeting gives management teams from across the Group’s companies an opportunity to exchange experiences, share perspectives and turn shared ambitions into concrete action.

The 2026 edition also marked VOGO’s first participation since joining ABEO, providing an opportunity to build closer ties with the other companies and explore synergies across the Group.

Performance Through the Eyes of Two Olympic Medallists

How do you stay committed, overcome setbacks and draw on the strength of a team to move forward? French Olympic medallists Alain Bernard and Delphine Racinet-Réau, in swimming and shooting respectively, shared lessons from their sporting careers with the managers.

Their insights into commitment, teamwork, resilience and the pursuit of excellence sparked discussions around values that resonate with the challenges facing ABEO’s teams and the Group’s ambitions in sport and leisure.

At Meta, the Group’s Manufacturing Expertise in Action

ABEO’s managers also visited the recently inaugurated production line at Meta, part of the Group’s Changing Rooms Division. Welcomed by the local teams, they saw the new installation firsthand and gained a closer understanding of the company’s products and expertise.

Time spent together outside the formal sessions allowed managers to get to know one another, share insights into their companies’ day-to-day operations and strengthen relationships. The event also reflected the three values that guide ABEO: trust, perseverance and team spirit. These shared principles underpin the teams’ approach to their everyday projects and challenges.
