Carrefour properties has signed with the company the agreement to open a leisure center in the middle of their new mall in Spain, Mallorca FAN Shopping Resort.

Carrefour Properties and XTRM have signed an agreement to build a Dock39 center in the new shopping resort that the French company is building in Palma de Mallorca (Spain).

This area will be the only supplier of leisure in the mall for families, and shows the faith of Carrefour in the project of Dock39 and XTRM.

This contract signed by Carrefour Properties and the ABÉO Group is the beginning of a close relationship between both companies.

Dock39 Fan will open in September with a leisure offer which makes Dock39 one of the most innovative companies in its sector.
