ABEO is strengthening its positions with the acquisition by GYMNOVA of the Belgian company EUROGYM, which specializes in the distribution of recreational and competition gymnastics equipment in Belgium.

Founded in 1992 by Mr. Lieven Vercruyssen, a gymnastics enthusiast and trainer who became an international judge in men's gymnastics, EUROGYM has become the distributor of GYMNOVA products for many years in its market. The brand has already installed more than 70 Gymnova gyms there.

This acquisition consolidates a long-standing partnership between this distributor and Gymnova, and will strengthen Group synergies, particularly with the BOSAN brand, another ABEO brand specializing in sports equipment in the Netherlands.
